Each Diane V piece is handmade with care between Lomé and Paris, and shipped from France to reach you wherever you are.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location — typically 2–5 days within Europe and 5–10 days for international destinations.

For the United States, all orders ship with UPS — taxes and import duties included.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union and the United States, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price.
